Sirius XM raises dividend by 10%


Satellite radio company Sirius XM Holdings Inc. SIRI, -3.72% said late Tuesday its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 1.21 cents a share, an increase of 10% over the previous quarter's dividend. The dividend is payable in cash on Nov. 30 to shareholders of record on Nov. 9, the company said. Sirius first started a regular quarterly dividend in November 2016 at 1 cent a share and has increased the dividend by 10% in each of the past two years, the company said.
