Leon Cooperman says SEC needs to investigate computer trading for causing 'Wild West' with markets

Omega Advisors and billionaire investor Leon Cooperman says he'd like the SEC to explain why it hasn't reacted to the rise of algorithmic trading. "Get somebody from the SEC to explain why they eliminated the Uptick Rule and what do they think about these quantitative trading systems," Cooperman said.
