A new survey from Blue Bell-based Unisys shows that just as many U.S. residents are afraid of a different kind of attack in the same setting — having their data stolen. The 2019 Unisys Security Index, in its 13th year, found that 50% of U.S. respondents said they were seriously concerned about a criminal attack causing physical harm while at a large-scale event, like a music festival or sporting event, while 52% of the same respondents said they were seriously concerned about having sensitive data stolen through public Wi-Fi.
